“Putting Bangor Business First”

The Bangor Chamber of Commerce endeavours to represent the town’s business community by continuously campaigning to improve local welfare and the environment in which businesses thrive. 

Networking is palpably a key factor to successful business operations and all of our members benefit from a broader network of potential clients as a result of our creation of stronger community partnerships. We help to establish these partnerships through encouraging successful business by coordinating projects such as the Annual Bangor Business Awards (the ABBAs) and other popular charity events.

The Bangor Chamber of Commerce fully supports all of its member firms, large and small, in the pursuit of a flourishing business climate. We aim to use our expertise and business knowledge positively to influence local council and government decisions for the advantage of our community.

We keep our members fully informed of all issues, events and plans for the Chamber in order to realise our ultimate goal of ensuring that Bangor remains an excellent place in which to live, work and play.
