Trudy is a qualified and extensively experienced Coach and a Founding Member of the Association for Coaching in Ireland. She is committed to the development of a professional, ethical coaching culture in business and sits on the Steering Council of the A C in Ireland. She is a Patron of Junior Chamber Ireland, Belfast and is currently a council member of NICCI. Trudy is also an associate member of the Institute of Directors and the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Trudy has worked in the people-development arena for nearly 20 years. Over the past seven years she has built her business, Dancing Leopards Ltd., into a centre of excellence for coaching and development with clients in Northern and Southern Ireland, Scotland and England.

Based in Holywood, Dancing Leopards Ltd. specialises in leadership and communications skills development, particularly for new managers at middle level within organisations. DLL has worked with organisations and individuals in a broad cross section of industries, including manufacturing, government departments, health care, education, and professional services.

Her personal passions are family, cats, people, dancing, music and the occasional venture outside with her ipod.
